01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr777 ("pkr777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr777 website located at pkr777.bio and all associated services, products, applications , games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

2.4 Disqualifying Circumstances

• You are acting as an agent or representative for a third party;

• You have previously been excluded or banned from the pkr777 Platform for any reason;

• You are registering or acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other non-individual legal entity.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pkr777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. pkr777 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. pkr777 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not impose currency conversion charges on any transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your pkr777 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and belongs to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted. pkr777 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods where the source of funds cannot be verified.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your pkr777 account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be updated from time to time. pkr777 will communicate any material changes to transaction limits with reasonable advance notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Only the net withdrawal amount after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances will be released.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pkr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, pkr777 will honour the bonus for that player to the extent reasonably practicable. No compensation is payable for the withdrawal of a promotion that a player has not yet qualified for.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and other features on the pkr777 Platform may vary from time to time. pkr777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or feature and reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game or feature without prior notice.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game fault that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pkr777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. pkr777's decision in respect of technical malfunctions is final. No claim shall lie against pkr777 for any loss or damage resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pkr777 are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sports betting section of the Platform. • Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
